DescriptionsBanquet: A meal with a good tastes. Multiple courses and a few drinks.
Meals for a day: Consisting of two meals (breakfast and supper). Normally includes soup, bread, and water.
Rations: Mostly nuts and dried fruits. Keeps you alive.
Good Rations: Dried fruits, nuts, and some good smoked animal. Heals +1 HP for every meal. (only up to 3 meals per day may be eaten)
Frost Wine:This delicate white wine is created from an exotic blend of grapes that grow only in extreme northerly climes.
Aleeian Wine:The grapes from this astounding wine are picked from wild vines located deep in the forest.
Mushroom Wine:Created by several different species that live below ground.
Spiderblood:A slight misnomer, this mushroom wine crafted by the drow includes a substantial dose of venom from poisonous spiders. Its taste is remarkable and unlike anything encountered on the surface world. (Yes, it can be poisonous.
Dragonbite:The recipe for this exceptional dark beer is centuries old, and only the Dragonbite Brewery has been able to reproduce it.
Dwarfhead Stout:Found almost exclusively in dwarven communities, this powerful brew is a "day-to-day" beer favored by warriors. Hand brewed by Tedre the Bartender.
Elven Mead:Although not normally famed for brewing, elves find exotic honey in their forest homes to create this delightful mead. Even dwarves find its taste appealing (even if most wont admit it).
Goblin Thundrud:Almost universally avoided by nongoblinoid races, thundrud has been described as having the taste and smell of "a rotting cow that caught fire." It is favored by some barbarians as the drink of choice.
Pulsch Brown Ale:A halfling creation, found among the few permanent halfling settlements that have acquired the taste of ale. It has a pleasant, nutty flavor.
Frenzywater:An extremely potent clear alcohol. Rumors of bottles spontaneously catching fire when exposed to sunlight have never been proven. (Careful, "side effects may include: irritation, anger, or RAGE!)
Moondrop:Exquisite beyond compare, this beverage can be produced only by someone with the highest of Alchemical knowledge.
Orc Kragg:This spirit is popular among orcs and goblins. It is extremely powerful and tastes dreadful to the nongoblinoid palate. Drinking a tankard of this brew nauseates anyone who is not an orc, halforc, goblin, or hobgoblin.
[[Do note that alcohol does get you drunk. And if concumed in too high an amount can kill you. Roll D20 Every time you drink an alcoholic beverage.]]Good night sleep: In a room with two beds and enough sleep space on the floor for two more. The beds are relatively comfortable and there is a lock on the door. It is possible to get 16 hours of rest (+2 hp) every night without being disturbed.
Stabling for a night:A guard watches the stables at all times. Providing a much safer place to keep your mounts than a random tree in the forest, or a stall in town.
