Classes
Barbarian: You truly live off the land, you feed yourself off the plants and animals brought upon your path by the higher beings, you survive the harshest of seasons with your knowledge of the land beneath your feet, and you defend yourself from the attacks of the wild with your sheer strength, anger, and amazing will to win. Lok'Tar my Brothers and Sisters.
Bard: Nomad, Vagabond, Roamer, you are a bard. While you lack the grace of a ranger, and strength of a mighty warrior, you make up for it with your amazing knowledge that you learn from the citizens of the land. With minor mysticism and your trusty musical instrument, you can change the tide of battle...just not that often.
Cleric: A righteous man of minor noble stature, you praise your deity and in return you are granted it's powers. Whether your deity be Erythnul, God of Slaughter, or Heironeous, God of Valor, or Hextor, God of Tyranny. Your granted abilities enable you to cleanse and heal the wounds of your comrades, or devastate those around you with vicious divine prowess. Just be careful of your actions around your comrades.
Druid: Your elegant form is very deceiving, for under your nature formed veil, is a powerful disciple of Obad-Hai. You command the elements and warp them to your liking. You feral spirit can literally be summoned forth to fight for you while you deal devastating magic blows to your enemies from afar. The elements are yours.
Fighter: Your skill in combat is nigh unmatched, only rivaled by that of the barbarian. While your fortitude bay not be as high as the rugged barbarian, you make up for it in heavy armor and great expertise in weapons of your choice. Whether you be a brutal two-handed weapon wielder, a fast and precise two weapon wielder, or a stoic defender with a one handed weapon and a shield, the choice is yours.
Monk: You lived your life in a temple deviating from the path of humanly pleasures and sin. Through your life of worship you have learned the ways of combat and have quickly become a master of the unarmed and exotic weapon styles. Given the proper opportunity you can quickly deal a large sum of damage, but be careful of where you and your enemies stand, for you rely on your dexterity and initiative to fight, not armor.
Paladin: A holy man, and a divine combatant. Your charisma and aura of good provide your party members the last pit they need to move on before they break ranks, lose hope, and flee. You may smite your foes and consecrate their bodies in the name of all that is Lawful and Good!...because thats all you can be... lawful good...
Ranger: You find your niche in the long range department. Simply find a grassy knoll and wait for your perfect opportunity to quickly take out your enemies. Knowledgeable tracking skills, and quick almost primal senses can save your party from sudden doom....If you roll a d20 high enough.
Rogue: You walk through the shadows quicker than the eye can see. You engage your enemy where they can not see, and you strike for a vicious kill. The blades in your hands know many creatures blood. You care not for what you kill, as long as the job is done. Nimble fingers, amazing reflexes, and useful tools of both pain and mechanics make you a deadly combination.
Sorcerer: Said to be born of noble dragon blood. A sorcerer can conjure the pits of hell, nature, and arctic in the snap of a finger. Capable of knowing a wide variety of spells and never needing to prepare them, you will need it as what little study you need has caused you to grow frail.
Wizard: Unlike your Sorcerer counterpart, you have gone through the agonizing process of learning, practicing, and preparing your spells, in return for higher knowledge and more powerful magics. Although you can still be ripped like a piece of parchment...
Races
Human: Your many lines of blood dates back hundreds of years, however dwarfed in comparison to the elves. Humans natural adaptation makes them fit for seemingly any class, along with a quick expansive mind, you may pick up on many more skills than other races.
Dwarf: Said to have been created by Moradin, god of the Dwarves, out of rocks and jewels. Your fortitude allows you to withstand the test of pain, time, and sickness. However, being made from the stones under your feet, may cause you to look a little ugly. Naturally rowdy, dwarves prefer the life style of a fighter. For honor, glory, and ale my friends! To war we ride!
Elf: Naturally beautiful and elegant, the elves have had thousands of years in this land, their longevity comes however, at a price. The many many years they live have taken a toll on their life force and causes them to be more prone to agonizing, if not crippling pain, so they are more suited to be Wizards. Elegant as they are, they rely solely on their quick reflexes to get them out of potentially fatal situations.
Gnome: No mind is more expansive than that of a gnome. Thus they take in knowledge greater than many others so they are well suited to be bards that roam the land. Knowledge of so many things allows them to to know what is best for their body granting a bit of extra fortitude, however being as small as they are, they are more inept in the fields of strength.
Half-Elf: To be thought of a bastard child, lesser being, or arrogant may not be all wrong, but Half-Elves are a very delightful race, the mix of wisdom from the long living elves, and the adaptability of humans makes the Half Elves good at relating to people. Being of human blood however gains them a hardier body, but less dexterity.
Half-Orc: Literal bastard children, the half orcs are generally the sons or daughters of human females, raped by the brutal and chaotic orcs. Being of orc blood they are massive creatures with a strength much greater than any man, but however are also not quite as intelligent or attractive as their counterpart races. Such strength brings on the qualities of a barbarian.
Halfling: Mostly secluded in their meadow like villages, some halflings venture into the cities and get caught up in the dirtier, less honorable side of the law. Being small makes them hard to spot and can be easily hidden, this natural stealth comes at a price of the lesser strength a gnome would have. Such attributes however bring on the abilities of a dishonorable rogue.
There are a few prestige classes, but I however will not tell you of them unless you choose a prerequisite class and race and also hit the required level and have the required skills.
One does not just know there are certain types of abilities you know. they have to be come upon, studied, and mastered.
Go Ahead and post here what class and race you are interested in.

May all your hits be crits.
